BLOOR AUTO is hiring an Office Administrator (part time leading to full time) in Whitby, ON L1M 1C3. Job details Location: Whitby, ON L1M 1C3 Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly (to be negotiated) Hours: 38 to 44 per week (part time, leading to full time) Shift: Morning Start date: as soon as possible Responsibilities Review and evaluate new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations. Qualifications Education: Secondary (high school graduation certificate). Experience: Any asset. Computer and technology knowledge: Microsoft Publisher, Electronic mail, Quick Books, Social Media, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word. Security and safety: Bondable. Transportation: Own transportation, valid driver’s licence. Work conditions: Ability to work independently, fast‑paced environment, work under pressure. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, ability to multitask, time management, integrity, team player. Who can apply for this job?
