En tant que Développeuse Back-end Senior au sein du service Ingénierie de Mistplay, tu joueras un rôle de premier plan dans les opérations de l'entreprise, en développant et en assurant la maintenance des services Back-end pour nos produits SDK. Rattachée au directeur de l'Ingénierie, tu travailleras avec une équipe diversifiée et talentueuse de développeurs de logiciels, de concepteurs et de chefs de produits, afin de livrer dans les meilleurs délais des produits de qualité destinés tant aux clients internes qu'externes.
As a Senior Backend Developer within Mistplay’s Engineering Department, you will play a leading role in the operations of the company by building and maintaining the backend services for our consumer facing applications. You will be reporting to the Director of Engineering and will be working with a diverse and talented team of software developers, designers and product managers to quickly deliver quality products that serve both internal and external customers.

- Travailler en partenariat avec notre équipe DevOps en vue de créer un pipeline CI/CD efficace nous permettant de mettre du code en production de manière fiable et en toute confiance ;
- Contribuer à la croissance de notre codebase de façon performante, évolutive et maintenable, en participant aux revues de code ;
- Participer régulièrement aux transferts de connaissances, animer occasionnellement des déjeuners et des séances d'apprentissage dans ton domaine de spécialisation avec les membres de notre équipe Ingénierie, afin de mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et d'encourager une culture d'ingénierie saine.
- 7 ans d'expérience minimum dans une entreprise de produits axés sur l'ingénierie, dont au moins 2 consacrés à la direction d’initiatives techniques complexes ;
- Compréhension approfondie de Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, ainsi que des bases de données relationnelles et non relationnelles ;
- Solide connaissance de l'exécution d'API « production-grade » dans un environnement cloud native (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS) ;
- Excellente compréhension de l'architecture de microservices et des modèles de développement ;
- Une expérience professionnelle d'un produit mobile orienté grand public est vivement souhaitée ;
- Fortes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, accompagnées d'une capacité à décomposer des problèmes techniques complexes et à diriger l’implémentation ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou au sein d’une équipe ;
- Building and maintaining software while influencing and collaborating with Product, Design and Data Science stakeholders;
- Identifying possible risks and dependencies in our projects and mitigating them;
- Breaking down complex technical initiatives into executable engineering tasks;
- Partner with our DevOps team to create an efficient CI/CD pipeline to ensure we can push code to production reliably, confidently;
- Participating in code reviews, contribute to growing our codebase in a performant, scalable, maintainable way;
- Participate in frequent knowledge transfer, occasionally lead lunch & learn sessions within your area of specialization with our engineering members to set best practices, and foster a healthy engineering culture.
- 7+ years experience working in an engineering driven product organization, at least 2 of which involved leading complex technical initiatives
- Strong understanding of Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, relational and nonrelational databases
- Strong knowledge running production grade APIs in a cloud native environment (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS)
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and development patterns
- Experience working on a consumer based mobile product is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to decompose complex technical problems and lead implementation
- Ability to work independently or in a group setting
