We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team to work from India. This role will ideally suit a professional with a proven track record of exceptional communication and technical skills in the assurance practice primarily on compilations. The CRC Senior Manager will assist the enterprise and ECS business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modelling to manage CRC objectives and KPIs. A primary role of the CRC Senior Manager is to provide support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams, enabling Canadian audit engagement teams to leverage the CRC on their compilations effectively. The focus will be to support engagement teams working on compilations and to formalize processes and policies for risk management and regulatory compliance. What You Will Do Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with the CRC national management team. Support enterprise and ECS engagement teams in leveraging the Assurance CRC. Oversee the Quality (QMCI) team in India, identify quality improvement areas, and ensure high audit quality and deliverables. Prepare training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for the internal CRC portal. Utilize firm processes and programs to support the business. Manage the usage of One Port, update intake processes, and test new processes as needed. Reporting Support geographic business units in achieving CRC objectives. Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership, including financial results and trend analysis. Compliance - Controls Ensure controls operate effectively and reporting deadlines are met. Coordinate with the Department of Professional Practice and risk management team to ensure service quality. Other Willingness to travel internationally with appropriate visas/work permits for India. Adjust work hours for effective offshore collaboration. Additional flexibility for work beyond normal hours and support for personal needs are provided. What You Bring To The Role Canadian CPA or equivalent. 8+ years in enterprise/ECS practice, including 5+ years in management. Senior manager or equivalent, with at least 2 years at KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years compilation and team management experience. Resourcefulness, technical assurance skills, and organizational abilities. Bilingual in French and English is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience overseeing large teams (>100 individuals). Strong process improvement and mentoring skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products. Fluency in English required for communication and documentation. The position offers a salary range of $86,000 to $150,000, with potential bonuses, based on skills and qualifications.
