The Role We’re looking for a passionate Channel Manager to drive partner relationships within key ERP channels. This role shapes our growth strategy by generating leads, sourcing demo opportunities and fostering long‑term partner engagement. Key Responsibilities Book demos – generate qualified leads through partners and manage new demos to convert leads into customers. Account management – deliver outstanding day‑to‑day account management for partner relationships, with regular communication, support and timely updates. Relationship building – create deep connections with VARs in our ERP ecosystem, helping them understand our value proposition and motivating them to create new demo opportunities. Event and conference engagement – represent the brand at industry events and conferences, host webinars, and find unique ways to expand our partner network. Communication – facilitate regular communication and provide timely updates to our extended ecosystem network, ensuring collaboration and mutual success. Who You Are 3+ years of experience working closely with or within the relevant ERP ecosystem (Syspro, Acumatica, Sage). A people person with extensive networks and a genuine passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
