Their platform automates maintenance workflows and boosts productivity, helping enterprise clients complete work orders 30-40% faster while dramatically improving resident satisfaction. Backed by strategic investors including one of the top-6 largest REITs in the U.S. and the largest PropTech VC with 3 million apartments in their LP network, their clients include 3 of the world's 20 largest property management firms. Their secret weapon? An AI agent that handles service requests from intake to resolution transforming the anxiety-inducing resident experience into seamless, automated communication. This is enterprise PropTech done right: solving real problems for sophisticated operators in a massive, stable market that will always need what they offer. The Opportunity You will be the execution engine behind a rocket ship. Your role will be centered on translating bold vision into shipped product for enterprise clients. You will report directly to the CTO, and own the entire product heartbeat: from sprint planning and engineering unblocks to ensuring features actually get adopted by six-figure clients. This isn't about dreaming up strategy - the Founders have that covered - this role is about bringing relentless clarity, forcing decisions, and shipping value fast in a chaotic, high-growth environment. If you've been the only senior PM at an early-stage B2B SaaS company that has seen commercial success and scale, this is your chance to do it again with AI technology. The Skills / Requirement Needed to Succeed You have been the senior-most IC PM at an early stage B2B SaaS startup. You have seen the sub-$10M - to - $15M ARR growth phase before. Bonus points if you've done this for a PropTech, and are used to dealing with large enterprise clients (Property $ Management firms that have portfolios of 80k units and beyond).
