As a Senior Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services (Senior Bookkeeper) responsibilities Reconcile data from 3rd party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc. Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements in QuickBooks Online Reconcile and review sales data Review accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using 3rd party applications Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements Review payroll time entries and process payroll Run GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRA Prepare T4 returns Set up client files, assist with the completion of budgets and complete administrative planning and other aspects of cloud Bookkeeping work Perform/assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes Experience with prepaids, amortization and intercompany transactions preferred Perform basic financial analysis Prepare basic analytical reports and cash flow statements Participate in client discovery calls Collaborate with clients on a regular basis Train and mentor junior colleagues Doane Grant Thornton If you're a bit like us, you're driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $63,500–$68,000 in Prince George.
