Role overview As a Software Engineer, you’ll join our team to plan, build and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with teammates (technical and non‑technical), learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and deepen your engineering skills. Ownership, good communication and a growth mindset are key. Your key responsibilities Develop software according to specifications (SRS, interface designs) Work as part of a team: participate in code reviews, pair programming, collaborative problem solving Contribute ideas and improvements to the development process and stack Write tests and participate in ensuring quality (unit tests, functional tests) Assist with estimations, task planning and time management Continuously learn new tools, frameworks and practices, and share your learnings with the team The ideal candidate Around 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, ideally with several recent projects in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, GoLang, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java A bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience in a software‑related field Comfortable working in French and English Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn Interest in both front‑end and back‑end development You should be proficient with Full‑stack web development (front‑end + back‑end) Modern client‑side framework or library (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.) Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Generative AI‑assisted Development (Github Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.) Writing automated tests (unit, integration) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines It’s a plus if you have experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Containerization / virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes) Mobile app development Microservices architecture Domain‑Driven Design or other advanced design patterns What we offer Competitive Salary and contribution to your pension plan (RRSP) Flexible hours of work and choose how you work Work from anywhere up to 8 weeks Paid sabbatical Wellness and productivity spending account Parental program Activities Training And more… Hiring process 20 min – Initial introductory call with our technical team 90 min – In‑person interview at our office Offer presentation Only considered candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
