Responsibilities Participate in the annual compensation cycle including salary reviews, bonuses and total compensation statements. Manage job evaluation processes; set salary guidance for hires, promotions or internal moves ensuring internal pay equity. Manage the Pay Equity program. Partner with Finance to drive the annual budget process and forecast updates. Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys. Oversee and administer health, retirement and group benefit programs; research compensation practices and policies. Manage wellness initiatives. Partner with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits payments; provide ad-hoc compensation analytics. Qualifications Deep knowledge of compensation, pension, benefits and federal Pay Equity legislation, US and Australia compensation and benefits. High level of autonomy and detail orientation. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data tools. Ability to collaborate with corporate and business unit teams or external organizations. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and prioritization skills under pressure and tight deadlines. Bilingual (English and French). Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners located outside Quebec and to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions.
