Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the analysis and restructuring of routes and territories
- Assist in installation of equipment, the establishment and auditing standards, optimization of processes, continuous improvement of our sorting operations
- Identify and support opportunities for short and medium-term implementations that have a positive impact on productivity, service, revenue generation, as well as the cost per piece
- Provide support and analysis required by medium and long-term opportunities requiring considerable capital investments
- Implement methods and procedures in order to improve operational functions (On Road and sort; Assist Operations to achieve and surpass their goals by reviewing methods and procedures with local managers Data analysis
- Coordinate and lead internal/external audits which includes components of HS, ISO, Risk
Experience:
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
- 5 years of experience in Operations at a Management or senior Professional level
- Formal training in Auditing and Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Post Secondary education in Business or related field of study
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Analytical
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual would be an asset
