This role is crucial in promoting mental health and well-being within the workplace, reflecting TELUS Health's core values of empathy, innovation, and excellence.### ### **Here's How*** ### Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.* ### Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process.* ### Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety.* ### Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning.* ### Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.* ### Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.* ### Work independently within a shared office space alongside experienced clinicians.### ### **Qualifications**### ### **Education:*** ### Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.* ### Membership in good-standing with professional order or College* ### Certified or extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and, or Narrative Therapy.### **Experience:*** ### Minimum of five (5) years of post-master's clinical experience, supporting all client groups.* ### Experienced with diverse & complex concerns such as couples, family, risk, and addictions.* ### Proficient with Office Suite, digital communication, and case tracking.* ### Experienced in utilizing performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.* ### Proven ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.* ### Ability to prioritize and adapt to the ebb and flow of daily responsibilities.### **What TELUS Health can offer you:*** ### Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and minimum 4 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family* ### Generous company matched pension and share purchase programs* ### Opportunity to give back to communities in which we work, live and serve* ### Career growth and learning & development opportunities to develop your skills* ### And much more …### ### Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $97,100.00### ### Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
