Our primary objective is to place clients and their success over everything else. Founded with the goal of building a service level commensurate with our own expectations, we offer a boutique advantage in a world dominated by large, scale‑obsessed institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Director, Client Relations, you will focus on client acquisition, identifying new sales and business development opportunities to expand our base of high‑net‑worth families and enhance the firm’s presence in the marketplace. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, prospect, network and convert opportunities into lasting client relationships. Comfort with integrated financial planning, tax and estate planning is a plus but not required.Requirements (Qualifications, Experience & Skills)University Degree in finance, business, or a related fieldCompletion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation at a minimum or registration as a Dealing Representative for an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD)Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or similar credentials is an assetAt least 3 years experience in a client‑facing role, with training and support from managementAbility to attract a significant amount of new AUM annually from a diverse group of high‑net‑worth clients (must have an established network)Passion for building and maintaining long‑term client relationshipsImpeccable reputation for trustworthiness and reliabilityTeam player with excellent communication skills and professionalismAbility to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships with referral sourcesCommitment to providing high‑quality, personalized service to clientsStrong understanding of financial markets and industry regulationsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with bonus (no ceiling)Opportunity to build your own client base without the bureaucracy of large financial institutionsEntrepreneurial culture with freedom and autonomy to work independently while operating within an established brandUnique opportunity to work with experienced investment and tax planning professionals dedicated to helping you grow and succeedHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume in confidence via email to careers@ravenstonecapital.ca.
