We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and CompetenciesStrong experience in business transformation, process improvement, or consultingProven ability to deliver and drive adoption of change in complex environmentsExperience leading Lean Six Sigma projects to achieve results; Green Belt certification preferredSkilled in defining, designing, documenting, implementing, and controlling business processesUnderstanding of data principles to inform design requirementsExperience collaborating with technology teamsSelf-starter able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable engaging at both senior and detailed/analytical levelsBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiencyInterest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useEducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)ResponsibilitiesLead process transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience, drive efficiency, and strengthen controls across Moody’s Commercial Group.Own, manage, and execute business processes and controls, identifying inefficiencies and implementing Lean or Six Sigma initiativesServe as process owner for operational or regulatory processes of low to medium complexity, with support from senior leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders across technology, compliance, and sales to deliver and adopt new processes and drive continuous feedbackLead or support projects and workstreams to enhance or transform processes in response to business objectives or regulatory changesPlan and execute business readiness activities, including documentation, training, and go-live supportDevelop, track, and report metrics to measure process performance, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunitiesDesign, implement, and operate controls, ensuring robust governance and remediation of identified gapsMaintain a backlog of improvement ideas focused on continuous enhancement from customer and process perspectivesAbout the teamOur Commercial Operations Process Team is responsible for driving improvements to Commercial Group processes using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
