You’ll be a strategic partner to hiring teams, building trusted relationships, shaping hiring plans, and guiding decisions with clarity, data, and precision. While your primary focus will be technical recruiting, it is important that you have the flexibility to support business hiring as needed. You’ll be joining a high-performing TA team that values people experience, structured hiring, and operational rigor. This is a hybrid role based in our Toronto office.What You\'ll DoBuild deep partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor across role scoping, search strategy, and decision-makingLead full-cycle high-touch technical recruitment efforts with a strong focus on candidate experience, hiring team alignment, and talent deliveryDevelop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies informed by market insights, competitive trends, and business needsContribute to local employer branding efforts in Toronto by sharing market insights, amplifying Tubi’s presence in the tech community, and supporting initiatives that highlight our culture and opportunitiesUse data to monitor pipeline health, assess strategy effectiveness, and identify areas for adjustment or improvementShare insights, feedback, and search updates with key stakeholders, including executives, with clarity and consistencyMaintain data integrity across platforms and ensure accurate reporting for visibility and performance trackingRecommend and implement process improvements to drive speed, structure, and hiring qualityPartner with teams on early career technical hiring initiatives, helping build strong pipelines and processes for emerging talentFlex into high-priority business searches when needed, applying the same level of ownership and intentionYour Background6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments, including machine learning rolesA mix of in-house and agency experience is highly preferredProven ability to source, engage, and close technical talent in fast-moving, competitive marketsDeep experience with structured hiring; calibrating roles, defining bar-raising criteria, and building aligned interview processesComfortable analyzing data to evaluate pipeline health, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvementStrong communicator with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity with confidence; experience supporting early career or employer branding initiatives is a plus.Tubi is a division of Fox Corporation, and the FOX Employee Benefits summarized here, covers the majority of all US employee benefits.
