Job SummaryThe Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating marketing campaign performance, and providing data-driven insights that help guide strategic decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to build a career in marketing analytics and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, and traditional media).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports for marketing campaigns.Identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities using data analysis tools.Assist in the design and implementation of A/B tests and track their performance metrics.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support data-driven campaigns and strategies.Maintain and update dashboards and marketing analytics tools.Conduct competitor analysis and support market research initiatives.Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large sets of data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.Experience0–2 years of experience in a marketing analytics, business analysis, or related role.Internships or academic projects involving data analysis and marketing strategies are highly valued.Working HoursFull-time, 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday, flexible working hoursOption for hybrid or remote work arrangementsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.Enthusiastic about learning and developing new analytical skills.Curiosity about market behavior and consumer insights.BenefitsCompetitive entry-level salaryPerformance-based bonusesFlexible work-from-home optionsProfessional development opportunities and trainingPaid time off and national holidaysHealth insurance and wellness benefitsA collaborative and inclusive work cultureWhy Join The Elite Job?At The Elite Job, we do not just build marketing strategies — we build careers.
