Nous recherchons un analyste financier senior pour compléter leur équipe et ainsi participer activement à des projets de transformation de la fonction finance. Responsabilités principales Assurer l'organisation, la planification et la production des états financiers de plusieurs filiales internationales (suivi de fin de mois/année, analyse de comptes, ajustements, gestion des devises); Participer activement à l'évaluation, la sélection et l'implantation de nouveaux systèmes (ERP, outils de planification budgétaire) et assurer la formation des utilisateurs; Analyser les processus existants (clôture, paie, planification) pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques innovantes favorisant l'automatisation, l'efficacité et la conformité; Contribuer au processus budgétaire, analyser les écarts et fournir un support analytique à la direction pour la priorisation des projets de transformation. Qualifications recherchées Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance; Titre de CPA, un atout important; Minimum de 5 années d'expérience pertinente, avec une expérience solide en implantation de systèmes et en gestion de projets de transformation; Forte maîtrise de Microsoft365 (Excel, Sharepoint). Intérêt marqué pour les outils technologiques, sens de l'analyse, rigueur et autonomie.
