We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for our tax and law practice, focusing on high‑volume, matrixed hiring and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Location Montreal, Quebec, Canada What You Will Do Lead full‑cycle recruitment with a primary focus on hiring for our tax and law practice and, as needed, support other business units. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand recruitment requirements. Attract candidates through engaging conversations, share the KPMG employer value proposition, and perform assessments and screenings while maintaining a high‑touch candidate experience. Maintain strong communication, providing timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to promote KPMG opportunities and build proactive talent pools. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans and advise on candidate experience best practices. Ensure compliance with brand, process, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process. Act as an Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) ambassador, applying best practices shared by our National IDE team. Participate in internal equity and market trend analysis for offer recommendations, and own offer negotiations with candidates. What You Bring To The Role Post‑secondary degree or equivalent work experience in a business discipline. 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a high‑volume, matrixed organization. Proficiency in English and French at a business level. Experience recruiting for roles in law, tax, and professional services. Strong relationship‑building skills with internal clients and candidates. Proven sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. Ability to prioritize work across multiple hiring managers and timelines. Track record of advising hiring managers on recruitment strategy and best practices. Effective use of applicant tracking systems and technology to drive process efficiency. Fluency in English is essential for this position, as it involves drafting bilingual job descriptions, assessing candidates’ oral and written English skills, and collaborating with stakeholders outside Quebec. The role provides national recruitment support. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. Determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on location, skills, competencies, and unique qualifications.
