Join our dynamic team Step into a pivotal role as our Facilities Planning and Design Manager, where your vision will shape the future of our City’s growing facilities portfolio In this role, you will be responsible for the long‑range planning, the capital program, and the delivery standards of the City’s facilities portfolio, leading the preparation of functional programs and indicative designs for new or retrofitted facilities. Collaborate with passionate stakeholders, community leaders, private sector innovators, and senior government partners to bring our City’s Facilities Master Plan to life—making a lasting impact on Kelowna’s growth and vibrancy. Qualifications: This position requires a degree in Architecture or related discipline along with professional registration in architecture or planning in the Province of BC. A minimum of 10 years Architecture experience with considerable knowledge of methods along with the principles, practices and procedures applicable to facilities planning. Leadership and project management training an asset. Help create Kelowna as a City of the Future.
