Our global community values diversity and individuality and supports professional and personal growth.ResponsibilitiesDelivers consulting project activities through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.Evaluates business processes, recommends process changes, documents processes, identifies problems, specifies hardware/software and participates in design, change management, testing of strategies, identifies training needs, and supports solution deployment.Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization (billable hours) and contractual deliverables.Interacts with company and client managers to ensure alignment from consulting through training and implementation.May have financial responsibilities including project cost estimating and proposal generation.May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to ongoing team account activities.Identifies additional product/services opportunities; is considered a trusted consultant by customers.Performance is measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.For Oncology Systems: position requires full access to VMS client sites and may require Vendor Credentialing requirements to access sites; must meet these requirements and maintain them during employment.This role can be based anywhere in Canada with up to 60% travel across Canada and the US.Minimum Required Skills And KnowledgeBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, Physics, or Nursing.Minimum of 5-7 years clinical/technical experience.Minimum of 3 years in the job role.Ability to facilitate and present information transfer in person and remotely.Product knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations.Industry knowledge; self-motivated team player; highly organized and able to multi-task in a changing environment.Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.Ability to advocate for partners internally and promote Varian externally.Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments; strong multimode communication with all levels.Ability to synthesize quickly and translate between organizations; strong organizational and analytical skills with collaboration and consensus-building experience.Excellent communication skills.Who we areWe are a team of more than 72,000 Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
