Engineering & Maintenance Manager – Molson Coors Beverage Company Pay Range Base: $123,000 – $161,500 per year Responsibilities Lead Progressive Maintenance pillar and drive plant performance toward World Class Operations Standards. Manage assets, ensuring product quality, safety, and reliability while delivering business initiatives for cost reduction. Coach and develop a high‑performance team, communicating expectations and recognizing behaviors that support cross‑functional collaboration. Drive change management in safety, quality, sustainability, and asset reliability, continually improving plant and process operations. Report to the General Manager and participate in the Brewery Leadership team. Key Ingredients Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field. Advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Engineering preferred. 10+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with corporate engineering across multiple plants preferred. Proven track record in high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing and delivering results. Motivated, inspiring leader who values commitment and development. Strong negotiator focused on client needs and innovative execution. Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
