The Opportunity:

ML6 has partnered with a fast-growing and industry-leading home furnishings wholesaler. Our client designs and produces wall art, furniture, lighting and home decor accessories, and has established interior designer and retail partners around the globe. Due to recent growth, the team is expanding and we are searching for a Director of Sales in Surrey, BC.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive revenue growth across all sales channels
  • Maintain trusted relationships with key accounts and develop long-term partnerships
  • Hire, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing sales team comprised of Account Managers, Sales Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and Independent Sales Representatives
  • Develop, refine and execute sales strategies to support the company goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow and expand in both new and existing markets
  • Partner with the executive leadership team and contribute to the evolving overall company strategy, goals and objectives
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership capacity, preferably in the furniture industry or in a retail account management context
  • Proven consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
