Field Technology Specialist

This is a Field Technology Specialist role, with a well-established company in Delta, BC. In this role, you’ll work on a wide variety of hardware and software systems in an industrial environment.
This is an on-site position, and you’ll be responsible for the IT environment of a busy, industrial company. In this position, you’ll frequently work outdoors, and you’ll have a chance to work with some unique networking components and sensors, to support the operation of heavy machinery and other industrial equipment.

For this position, you should have access to a vehicle and a valid BC Drivers License. This position will work on-site in Delta between Monday and Friday.

This is a full-time position, and includes a competitive base salary, paid vacation and extended health and dental benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

Here are some of the items that you'll bring to the table for this role:

You have two or more years of experience as an IT field technician
You are comfortable working with a wide variety of technologies related to networking, operating systems, mobile devices, hardware, software, etc.
You are comfortable working in an industrial environment, where you will be around heavy equipment, and you’ll frequently work outdoors year-round in all kinds of weather.
You have a valid BC Drivers License, and access to a vehicle for commuting
