Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of high-rise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Lead and mentor project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to deliver successful outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Implement and enforce best practices in construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in high-rise construction, with a focus on towers of 10 storeys or more.
Proven track record of successfully completing a high-rise projects in Canada as a Superintendent.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials relevant to high-rise developments.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary up to $2000,000 commensurate with experience + bonus
