From $55,000 to $70,000 per year depending on your experience

Full-time

The responsibilities of the position include:

Reconcile amounts due by comparing invoices to purchase orders or other records

Respond to customer inquiries, conduct research, and resolve discrepancies or concerns.

Compile and maintain credit information

Contact customers with delinquent accounts

Recover Delinquent Accounts

Work collaboratively with Finance, Management, Sales, Customer Service, Shipping, and other team members.

Dealing with basic questions and problems

Maintain accounts receivable client records for the 3 business entities

Accounting for and updating daily deposits

Monitor account details for non-payments, overdue payments, and other irregularities

Perform a weekly update of older accounts receivable

Identify deductions and provide supporting documentation

Open and create new customer accounts

Perform any other administrative task related to the smooth running of operations.

Qualifications, qualities, and experience:

DEP in Accounting

Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of accounts receivable

Knowledge of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software (Epicor will be considered an asset)

Ability to perform mildly complex mathematical calculations

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Autonomous, detail-oriented, and result-oriented

Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively (verbally, in writing, and during presentations) with senior management, staff, and internal and external clients

Proactive; Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options

Self-confident, motivated professional who thrives in a stimulating and fast-paced environment.
