About the role:

Support full-cycle accounting for various corporate entities and complex project entities, including processing accounts payable, preparing monthly close journal entries, preparing invoices, preparing bank reconciliations and processing deposits;
Prepare and support preparation of monthly financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements and GST reasonability calculations, for various corporate and project entities
Collect and provide invoices and other information for auditors and quantity surveyors;
Process invoices and ensure the accuracy of coding, allocation and approvals;
Prepare and process cheque requisitions
Maintain vendor profile and EFT vendor information
Process monthly ACH/EFT and cheque payments
Perform ad hoc tasks to support Director of Finance, Corporate Controller and Project Accounting Managers as needed

Requirements:

Related Accounting Education
CPA enrolment or plan to enroll
2+ years of accounting experience, real estate preferred but not required
