Chad looking for a babysitter or nanny in Ottawa

We are a busy family with limited time and often too many things to do, which leaves us with little time for us parents to have our own getaway time. Our daughter doesn't really need much care, but our son definitely needs someone to watch after him, and we're not sure his sister is up to the task. He has a development delay which has made toilet training very difficult and delayed, and speech is difficult, but they are both good kids who are easy to get along with. We really just need a sitter to hang out with them for a few hours once or twice a month so we can go out and be adults now and then. We have pets; 2 cats and a dog, a gecko, a bearded dragon, 2 frogs and a snake, just as a heads up for any allergies or phobias, but we would not require a sitter to take any care of them.
