Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Administrator located in London, ON. The Medical Office Administrator will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, ensuring smooth daily operations of the medical office, and providing administrative assistance as needed. Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering and coordinating phone inquiries, and providing professional and courteous service to patients. The role requires maintaining an organized and efficient office environment while collaborating with medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Office operations, including maintaining patient records and familiarity with medical documentation protocols. Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, such as handling inquiries, scheduling, and professional communication. Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizational and multitasking skills to support efficient office operations. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in patient-facing roles is a strong asset. Proficiency in relevant software programs and technology, such as medical office management systems. A diploma or certification in medical office administration or a related field is preferred.
