As a Claims Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support with the accurate end‑to‑end resolution of post‑sale customer requests. Each day, you will assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the ELIP division in Canada. Main stakeholders are internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Ensure the resolution of post‑sale customer requests, complaints, and disputes. Track any disputes that arise and proactively coordinate with necessary functions for faster resolution. Work with the manager to provide appropriate solutions for customer claims, coordinate with related teams to ensure complete handling of the complaints, and ensure containment actions, returns, credits, and/or debits are processed. Collect and archive documentation regarding requests, claims, and disputes within the target timeline, ensuring all outcomes/actions are recorded and closed in the systems within your scope of responsibility. Requirements You enjoy working with different software and leveraging tools to problem solve. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, whether by email, phone, or in person. Advanced experience with SAP, Excel, Outlook (Preferred but not limited to). You are innovative, a self‑starter, and curious. You are at ease communicating in French with fluent English.
