The company is investing $200 million into its oilseed refining and packaging facility in Memphis, TN to grow its industrial and foodservice business.Position SummaryAs Regional Sales Manager, Foodservice, you will drive incremental volume and margin growth by selling packaged oil and shortening solutions within the foodservice channel. The region covers Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. The role will be remote‑based in Texas with up to 50% travel.ResponsibilitiesGrow foodservice sales volume with a goal to expand sales within the channel.Drive sales with regional multi‑unit foodservice chain operators and distributor accounts.Manage regional broker markets, conduct regular meetings, account planning, and monitor sales targets.Develop and present business reviews to customers and leadership; manage key customer relationships.Implement account plans, contract management, sales forecasts, and margin optimization.Gather sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to promote Wesson branded and private label portfolio sales.Organize and participate in food shows as needed.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Support, QA, Product Innovation, and Operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.Additional duties may be added or changed at management’s discretion.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food science, or related field.5+ years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience in manufactured foods sold to foodservice broadline/independent distributors and multi‑unit chain restaurant accounts.3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct reporting or matrix influence; experience leading a broker sales team.Proven ability to engage customers and drive business growth; strong cross‑functional teamwork skills.Experience selling private label solutions and branded products.Knowledge of food industry and commodity markets; basic understanding of fats and oils in food systems and formulations is preferred.Understanding of ingredient applications, especially in baking and frying categories.Strong analytical skills for strategic decision making and influencing outcomes.Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary, bonus, 401(k), comprehensive benefits, and career development opportunities.ApplicationInterested candidates should click the Apply icon to submit an online application by December 11, 2025.Richardson International is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
