About the job RQ08787 - Technology Architect - Senior Mandatory Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of working experience with Siebel CRM that involves architectural modelling and governance, production support, development and integration, performance tuning and solutions design Minimum of 15 years of working experience with Oracle DBMS that involves database design and modelling, PL/SQL development, system performance tuning, and database administration Minimum of 10 years of implementation experience with cloud-based platforms such as IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS, and the integration of cross-platform systems with cloud and on-prem solutions (including hybrid cloud) Minimum of 7 years on evaluating risk mitigation strategies and architecting cloud-based solutions for high-sensitivity data assets Minimum of 7 years of working experience with different cloud-based resources/assets to develop interoperability solutions/integrations within a hybrid cloud environment Extensive technical experience in executing complex Siebel upgrade cycles and ability to provide input into release strategies for dry-run/dress rehearsals/go-live and production support during warranty period Implementation and design experience with Oracle Siebel integration to different partner systems such as Mid-tier/Mainframe using array of protocols such as REST/SOAP API for Web Services Stakeholder management experience to concurrently manage relationships with Corporate Security / Architecture, Privacy Office, CIO Office, Program Management Office, Steering Committees and Funding Approval Boards, and directors across multiple lines-of-business. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation including facilitation of agile sessions while managing partnership with external vendors and system integrators Implementation and project execution experience in a hybrid‑agile delivery model Experience with research, option analysis and providing recommendations and strategic advice to senior management based on technical considerations and best practices Required Knowledge and Experience Technology: Extensive experience with the following technologies: Siebel Workspace and Migration application (for parallel development) Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher Oracle Customer Hub (MDM, B2C, B2B, Data Steward) Oracle Policy Automation and Modelling Oracle Access Management (OAM, OID, OAuth) Oracle DBMS RESTful API (J2EE) and Service Registry Oracle WebLogic Server MS Azure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS platforms and technologies Mandatory experience related to architectural design and technical implementation in deploying Siebel CRM solutions and COTS based products within an integrated cross‑platform environment for cloud‑based IaaS, SaaS and PaaS platforms.
