We are innovative, data-driven and our commitment to our Team Members, customers and operational excellence fuels our success.Role focusThe Hail Manager is typically responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to hailstorm damage, insurance claims, and related processes. The role involves coordinating the assessment and repair of vehicles and properties affected by hail, ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance adjusters, contractors and other stakeholders. What drives your day-to-day? Location management to ensure repairs are completed, based on storm and location.
