Executive Assistant to the CFO

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role combines high-level executive support with a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing confidential financial data, while also orchestrating executive priorities and communications.Key AccountabilitiesExecutive Support:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for CFO and CEO.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives.Prioritize and orchestrate tasks to ensure executive objectives are met.Accounting & Financial Operations:Reconcile and prepare contractor data for 1099 forms in compliance with IRS regulations.Assist in the preparation of US and Canadian tax returns and compliance reporting.Support audits and respond to financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Summarize and analyze financial data for executive review.Conduct compliance research and prepare reports as needed.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain organized and secure documentation of financial and executive records.Assist with third-party administrative and financial reporting inquiries.Prepare presentations and reports for board meetings and strategic planning sessions.Position Requirements3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance support role, preferably with executive-level exposure.College or University degree in a related business field.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills.What's In It for You?Full time employment with a competitive salary.Career growth opportunity within an industry leading logistics company.Group Benefits offered - health and dental.Share Purchase Plan - opportunity to buy company shares through payroll at a 100% match.Employee engagement events.Company ProfileTitanium Transportation Group is a leading North American freight transportation company specializing in tech-forward trucking operations and logistics brokerages services throughout Canada and the United States.
