Remote working option is not available.Position Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio with a specific focus Model Driven apps and Dataverse.Leverage Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure functions and logic apps for enhanced functionality.Implement responsive, user-friendly interface.Mentor and support junior developers within the Team, fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment.Provide guidance on coding standards, and emerging technologies.Collaborate with clients and internal partners to gather requirements and scope solutions.Required Qualifications:At least 8+ years of IT industry experienceMust have 5 years+ knowledge within Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365Proven track record of design and delivery of moderately complex projects.Experience with C#, ASP .NET, CSS, JavaScript, Python, T-SQL, PowerShell, GIT, PowerFX.Experience with Azure functions, web applications, storage, logic apps, key vault, service buses, Identity Services, Graph, DevOps and GitHub.Have a security-first approach, covering confidentiality, integrity and availability.Experience within DevOps software development and/or operations involving DevOps tools and ways of working.Commercial experience developing cloud native applications.Experience in emigrating legacy platforms into the cloud.Working with a quality first approach - performance testing, integration testing and unit testing.Preferred Qualifications:Large Enterprise-wide complex environment experience is highly desired but not a must haveWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to seeAbout Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
