2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview The Mobile Operations Specialist partners with stores, external and internal stakeholders to allow them to work smarter, learn more and grow every day. This role provides effective and efficient support to the Manager, Mobile Services by administering and executing various Operations programs in the telecom space. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user‑friendly documentation that translates complex technical information into accessible content for a variety of audiences and maintain inventory/sku etc. Responsibilities Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend program improvements. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain SOPs and documentation. Create, edit, and proofread content for clarity and consistency; manage documentation lifecycle and version control. Liaise with AP team to analyze fraud/clawback trends and support pricing and communication strategies for Staples Wireless. Assist Retail Ops with store initiatives and services deployment. Maintain vendor relationships and support inventory, SKU creation, RTVs, and billing reconciliation. Contribute to product assortment, pricing, and channel strategies; ensure merchandising aligns with the customer journey. Update performance reports and supply order lists. Support off‑site events and conduct store visits. Lead IT‑related business projects in relation to system enhancement initiatives. Monitor business performance and recommend improvements. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications Post‑Secondary Education. 2‑5 years in an operations role within the wireless industry (asset). 2‑5 years working in a retail environment. 1‑3 years experience in SKU management and creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures. 1‑2 years experience in technical writing preferred. Previous retail operations experience required, preferably within the wireless space. Very strong written communication skills, customer service and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience using Word and Excel required, experience with Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe and Photoshop and Access required. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to develop innovative ideas on program improvements. Bilingualism an asset. Strong analytical skills required.
