Key Responsibilities Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to guide financial and strategic decision‑making. Lead the development and execution of financial and accounting strategies to maximize profitability and strengthen the company’s position. Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support business growth, operational planning, and long‑term objectives. Ensure robust and scalable financial systems are in place to support current operations and future expansion. Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams. Drive the budgeting process and monitor performance against targets. Manage treasury, cash flow, debt, capital, and tax strategies. Present annual accounts and financial updates to investors and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. French language skills are a necessity.
