The practice is locally owned and operated by Dr. Adrian Wagner, who became sole owner in 2012. Our town sits right in front of the Discovery Water Passage, which means amazing scenic waterfront views. Morning coffee watching cruise ships pass? Lunch breaks while walking by the beach? After-work paddleboarding? Our clinicians enjoy all these activities, and more We’re just a 40-minute flight from Vancouver and just a 10-minute ferry ride to the Northern Gulf Islands. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. What We Are Offering We are actively seeking the right associate to grow into an equity partner Join 3 experienced doctors in a thriving, growing clinic, where we are fully booked in our high-producing practice Treat diverse cases: root canals, implants, restorative, and surgery FREE Invisalign training + continuing education (CE) opportunities, with an excellent mentorship program for new graduates State-of-the-art technology in a fully digital, paperless office Compensation Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35 - 43% collections and higher (depending on experience). Schedule 8 - 24 hours per week, flexible to what you are looking for Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays with free parking What We Are Looking For Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from accredited program OR National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency Registered/registering with British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) Licensed to practice in BC (other Canadian provinces considered) Strong patient communication skills New graduates welcome 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
