Customer Experience Associate Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate in Qualicum Beach, British Columbia. The role is part‑time, entry level, and involves frontline customer service and financial transactions at the branch. Job Description As a frontline member of TD Canada Trust, you will perform a broad range of customer service transactions, provide information and advice on products, and promote banking solutions. You will ensure a positive customer experience and uphold TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized operating procedures and regulations. Understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating as necessary. Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately. Build relationships with customers, advise clearly on banking solutions and processes. Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment through teamwork and participation in performance development. Assist the team, keep coworkers informed of status of routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where possible. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. Proactive initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
