NOTE: Moving allowance availableJob DescriptionThe Low Band Software (LB SW) Support position will be responsible and accountable for the initialization and operation of AF DCGS ground and airborne sensor systems used in the execution of the mission. This position will interface daily with users, mission planners, co-contractors, and other ground system maintainers to troubleshoot and correct system problems, analyze system performance, and make recommendations on system improvements.Specific responsibilities include:Manages/supports LBS SW and processesMaintains LBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites and systemsProvides LBS technical and engineering SW supportResponds to LBS Incident ticketsProvides system administration for CICS and the LBS SW componentsPerforms system administration support to the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) processesProvides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT SW/systems associated with ground componentsSupports SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT system/sensors and associated End-to-End network pathsSIGINT SME that provides sustainment support during system upgradesSupports data encryption changes and implementationSupports post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs.
