About the Role Implementation Advisor – a member of our Implementation & Consulting team – guides the overall successful implementation and initial value realisation of incoming customers across industries. The role is customer‑facing and requires strong built‑in‑of‑technology‑enabled financial‑process look‑ahead. It delivers … (…). Key Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end delivery of new customer implementations – from kick‑off through to deployment, including workshop‑design and analysis deep‑dives. Lead virtual or in‑person structured workshops and prepare customised materials based on the customer’s objectives and expected outcomes. Develop deep knowledge of MindBridge products and how‑to‑use them in workshops and solution‑building. Serve as a trusted‑advisor to customers – understand business‑needs, translate them into use‑cases, value‑based outcomes and embedded‑process guidance. Advocate for the customer – relay product‑feedback and feature‑requests to the product team. Collaborate with data engineering, product, services, and sales to deliver a smooth, end‑to‑end workflow. Contribute to continuous improvement — identify opportunities for better process and delivery. Core Qualifications Strong business‑analytic skills. Deep knowledge of ERP systems and financial‑reporting applications. Solid experience in finance and audit transformation projects. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
