OverviewJoin AB Tasty as an Account Executive for Canada and build a territory from the ground up. You will drive new business, manage relationships with target accounts, and lead the full sales cycle to hit quarterly targets. You’ll help customers with testing, personalization, and AI innovation to improve user journeys across industries.AB Tasty is a global leader in AI-powered experience solutions with 1000+ clients and a presence in 8 countries across 3 continents. Travel: occasional travel to client meetings and industry events.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, promoting AB Tasty’s solutions and driving revenue growth in new business opportunities.Establish and expand AB Tasty into the Canadian market.Build and maintain relationships with VP and C-Level executives and other key decision-makers within target accounts.Work with and contribute to the development of our tech/agencies partner community.Drive outbound prospecting and collaborate with marketing, partner, and revenue operations teams to identify and develop high-potential leads.Lead product demonstrations with Pre-Sales Solutions experts to align AB Tasty’s platform with client needs and objectives.Coordinate with internal teams and external tech/agency partners to ensure seamless sales processes, including billing, legal, integration, and technical discussions.Act as the voice of the customer by capturing and relaying feedback to help improve products and customer experiences.QualificationsProven SaaS sales experience with 3+ years of success acquiring new clients and driving revenue in a hunter role; experience selling Martech SaaS to e-commerce/retailers is a bonus.Experience working in a global organization in a remote role.Entrepreneurial spirit and rigor to build and advance a new market at AB Tasty.Excellent negotiation skills and comfort dealing with decision-makers; ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage multiple opportunities.Eagerness to explore the MarTech industry, increase client satisfaction, and champion customer-centric improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Collaborative skills with multiple internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support, Product).Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) in English.Proficient in Salesforce.com and familiar with sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.).If you don’t meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your applicationWhy you’ll love it hereMake a real impact: directly influence our success and growth.Ownership & autonomy: trust-based environment with freedom to excel.International culture: collaborate with a diverse, global team across 8 countries.Career acceleration: opportunities for professional development and upward mobility.Flexible work: up to 3 days of remote work per week.DetailsContract: permanent full-timeLocation: TorontoWork policy: fully remote position #J-18808-Ljbffr
