Product Owner CyberSecurity MS Access Data Management12/23/2024ContractActiveJob Description:Job SummaryThe Product Owner – Cybersecurity (MS Access Data Management) plays a crucial role in leading and guiding the development of critical security products.Combining the strategic vision of a Product Owner with the task management expertise of a Scrum Master, this role focuses on enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture.The ideal candidate will manage backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to maintain team clarity and productivity.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on critical cybersecurity enhancements.Act as a liaison between cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.Identify and address cybersecurity risks related to product development proactively.Develop and track performance metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), to measure the impact and effectiveness of product development and processes.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Product Owner in the cybersecurity domain.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CPO) or equivalent.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with MS Access and data management in cybersecurity projects.Demonstrated success in mitigating cybersecurity risks through strategic planning and execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
