Freelance Makeup Artist – CHANEL – Toronto, Ontario Contract: Temporary January 2026 – June 2026 Reports to: Retail Excellence Lead Role Overview The Freelance Makeup Artist provides CHANEL client‑facing services. You will support events and sales at key retailers, ensuring brand customer service, artistry, image and productivity. Responsibilities Create tailor‑made experiences and personalized makeup services for each client using CHANEL’s experience ritual. Share beauty trends and CHANEL makeup techniques with clients to inspire and educate. Achieve sales targets, promote cross‑selling and retain and grow client return rates. Provide consistent and excellent experiences to clients across all retail locations. Engage and educate clients on CHANEL DNA and products. Qualifications Retail makeup artistry experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently at various retail locations. Eligible to work in Canada. Mobile within city region. Capable of lifting/carrying 15 lbs. Ability to travel nationally (preference). Registered company with GST/HST number (preference). What you will bring Client‑servicing following high standards of work. Building long‑lasting client relationships. Providing customized CHANEL F&B experiences. Working with sales targets. Supporting during special events and company events.
