Manage change journeys from end‑to‑end using accelerators and methodologies to achieve measurable, positive business outcomes. What you will do Deliver profitable outcomes in business and technology‑oriented environments, collaborating with clients to achieve strategic goals. Assist leading clients in planning and executing change activities to support adoption and sustainability of transformations. Work with teams both in person and virtually across Canada, US, and globally. Contribute to future business development opportunities. What you will bring Experience in organization change, consulting, and stakeholder management within business or technology transformation. Knowledge of latest trends in organization change, including adoption and sustaining change. Skilled in managing and executing project plans with cross‑functional teams. Minimum 3 years delivering organization change for digital/technology transformations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4‑5 years professional experience. Ability to improvise, adapt, and lead clients and teams through ambiguity. Excellent communication skills, independent and team‑oriented with a “can‑do” mentality. Strong planning, coordination, and relationship‑building with senior executives.
