Applicants for this role can expect to work from home two days per week and on-site at various store locations and from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 3 days a week for an 8-5 schedule.What Giant Tiger Brings;Work Your Way Hybrid work arrangement;Annual Profit-Sharing Program & Incentive PlanHealth/Dental/Vision Benefits as of day 1Store DiscountLinkedIn Learning Subscription;Parental Top Up ProgramEmployee Tuition Reimbursement Program;Bursary Program for children of employees;Onsite Perks: Free parking; Public Transit accessible; 24/7 access to onsite gym; full-service cafeteriaWhat You'll Be DoingMap, analyze and measure store-level processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities across operations, from receiving to checkout.Facilitate the redesign of core store processes for consistency and scalability.Identify root causes using data analysis and recommend opportunities for improvement for recurring process issuesLeverage data insights to report on the impact of implemented improvementsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Industrial EngineeringSix Sigma Green Belt certification3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or retail store executionAdvanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling)Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow analysisAbility to prioritize tasks, and work independentlyHigh attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skillsAre you interested in this position but don’t meet 100% of the criteria?
