We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job‑related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Build performant, accessible, and scalable user interfaces using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Jest, Storybook, and Webflow’s Spring Design System. Own features end-to-end from design handoff through implementation, launch, and iteration — ensuring a polished, user‑centric experience at every stage. Partner closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver user‑centric features, optimize performance, and ensure seamless user experiences. Drive improvements to the frontend + backend codebase and introduce best practices around accessibility, performance, maintainability, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency, clarity, and a focus on delivering reliable and resilient experiences. Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth in frontend technologies (with exposure to backend fundamentals) and instilling best practices in scalable, maintainable code. Stay current with emerging frontend frameworks, tooling, and trends. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development workflows and enhance user interfaces.
