Outside Sales Account Manager – BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in Vancouver to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in the BC region. Responsibilities Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the territory to understand needs, gain market knowledge and recommend actions. Ensure relationships with customers are positive, deliver educational events, and provide solutions to create favorable experiences. Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, etc.) to leverage expertise, provide insights into building future business initiatives, optimize the customer experience, and drive successful operations in the region. Target Achievement: Develop and independently execute strategic account plans to attain sales quotas / revenue targets in the assigned territory. Site Airchecks and Inspections: Conduct walk‑throughs and work on site with customers, attend customers operations meetings, and plan for needs for their business. Qualifications 2–5 years of B2B outside sales and account management experience. Documented successful territory management with consistent revenue growth. Experience crafting sales plans for a vertical/territory and executing on them. Experience in HVAC or mechanical industry is an asset. Interview Focus Exceptional communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization. Presentation and consultative selling skills are an asset. Commitment to curiosity and dedication to continual improvement of yourself and the roles you have been in or education you have taken. Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships to influence and drive actions across various functions, internally and externally, to achieve results. All candidates must pass pre‑employment and ongoing drug, cannabis and alcohol tests. Benefits Nationwide business with locations across Canada and a manufacturing plant located in Edmonton. Competitive total compensation package including base salary, variable incentive compensation, RSP matching, benefits, vehicle allowance and health spending account. Base salary is approximately $80,000 – $95,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.
