Overview Technical Product Manager | SaaS / UX / Specs / SQL (100% Remote, US Timezone) at Clue Insights. We are building the brain of heavy construction operations: an enterprise construction management platform used daily by the largest contractors in North America. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives on solving real-world complexity—and shipping fast. Responsibilities Write detailed specs, user stories, and wireframes that translate product vision into clear engineering tasks Own UX flows end-to-end, ensuring intuitive and elegant user experiences across modules Collaborate daily with engineers to scope, prioritize, and deliver features fast Validate logic and data using SQL, ensuring accuracy of workflows and reports Lead QA and UAT for new releases, documenting edge cases and feedback Monitor feature adoption, usage, and performance metrics to guide iterations Maintain product documentation and JIRA boards with clear, actionable updates Partner with leadership and other PMs to align priorities and release schedules Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company Proven ability to write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Strong UX sense with hands-on experience in wireframing and prototyping tools Confident with SQL for validating data, debugging logic, and writing basic queries Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English High ownership and attention to detail Comfortable working remotely and overlapping at least 5 hours with US timezones Proactive, data-driven, and able to move fast with minimal supervision Nice To Have Background in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy platforms Familiarity with APIs and system integrations Experience in QA or technical product roles Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $55,000–$100,000 USD annually, adjusted by experience and location Performance bonus based on product success and delivery quality 100% remote role, working primarily during US timezones Direct collaboration with founders and senior leadership Opportunity to shape a leading SaaS platform used by top contractors across North America Long-term growth potential within a profitable, PE-backed company Hiring Process Our process includes a screening call with technical questions (analytics, SQL), a take-home product task, and interviews with a co-founder and team members.
