Job Description Support two Financial Planners in Investment and Retirement Planning, meeting sales objectives and related activities by providing value-added administrative service and support. Provide responsive client contact management through telephone, fax, and e‑mail requests. Develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently. Manage office routines to maintain efficiency through effective file and record management. Gather and prepare material required for presentations, meetings, marketing initiatives, etc. Key Accountabilities Consistently provide superior responsive service to client fax/e‑mail/telephone requests. Consistently provide superior responsive execution and delivery of client transactions/requests. Familiar with key referral sources, strong organizational awareness, and strong knowledge of mortgage and investment processes to facilitate solutions and problem resolution. Demonstrate personal commitment to ensuring skills and knowledge are up‑to‑date. Knowledge & Experience Sales‑oriented, self‑motivated, self‑managed, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills, sense of urgency, excellent customer service, listening, motivation, teamwork, initiative, and pro‑activity. Excellent communication skills, oral/written, good business writing. Resourceful and able to work independently. Provide superior responsive service to client requests to build customer loyalty and trust. Extremely well organized with ability to multi‑task and prioritize. Energetic and enthusiastic team player paying attention to detail. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Marketing Central. Strong knowledge of the mortgage process and Home Financing products is an asset. Credit experience. Knowledge of Royal Bank systems including Sales & Service Platform and RBCNet is an asset.
