Role Description As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help support our customer service and sales efforts. The Client Care Inside Sales Representative will work full-time on-site at the Port Coquitlam, BC location. The position involves managing incoming leads and inquiries, preparing and presenting quotes, conducting consistent follow-ups to assist clients and convert opportunities into sales. You will be responsible for ensuring a professional, positive client experience at every stage. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to client leads, inquiries, and service-related questions. Support the sales process by preparing accurate reports and quotes. Follow up on outstanding quotes and open opportunities to increase sales conversion. Work closely with Client Representatives to ensure information is accurate, timely, and communicated effectively. Provide exceptional customer service through consistent, professional phone and email interactions, and in-person as needed. Maintain organized records of client communications, quotes, and follow-up activities. Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business. Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and client care as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to team success. Proficiency with computers, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
