Responsibilities Develop and maintain robotic protocols using Venus 4+ for Hamilton systems Automate plate reader workflows in SoftMax Pro with statistical and data output integration Lead project intake, scheduling, and stakeholder updates via KanBan, Jira, and Scrum Program integration tools like Green Button Go or Genera Collaborate with scientists to translate manual methods into automated processes Maintain documentation, user stories, and continuous improvement pipelines Qualifications 3+ years in lab automation with Hamilton systems Experience with ELISAs, protein assays, and QC workflows Strong mechanical aptitude for robotic platforms and multi‑instrument integration Excellent verbal and written English; French is a plus.
