In this role you will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity, analyze data from multiple sources, and influence client strategies behind the scenes. You will deliver strategic actionable insights, and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions and processes to support a wide range of client use cases. This role reports to the Director of Scaled Analytics Partnerships.While you’ll work with data and analytical tools, the focus is on delivering strategic, actionable insights within a media and marketing context — not on building models or developing machine learning solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration, campaign performance analysis, and scalable analytics processes, rather than deep statistical research or engineering, and is not a data science role.StackAdapt is a remote-first company; we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US & Canada for this position. We encourage you to apply even if you don\'t meet every single requirement - our team values potential and a willingness to learn.What You’ll Be DoingManage client deliverables by collaborating with Account Managers and Account Executives in client requests regarding measurement and performance analysis.Partner with Account Manager, Account Executive and internal Data & Analytics teams on data-driven recommendations, test designs, and learning agendas to enhance client outcomes & strategy.Collaborate closely with the Data Architecture and Reporting Architecture team to drive performance measurement and work with cross-functional teams to provide analytics expertise and best practices.Deliver clear, actionable insights that help prove media effectiveness and guide client decision-making.Identify areas of opportunity to produce templatized measurement adoption best practices or test designs that can be adopted by a large scale of clients.Proactively identify and develop common solutions that can benefit the larger team and share insights across projects.What You’ll Bring To The TableSome experience in a similar role within advertising, marketing, or digital media.A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in data, analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with experience in QA, discrepancy checks, and applying statistical knowledge to data sets.Proven ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights that inform media performance and client strategy.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.)Strong communication skills to effectively articulate complex data in an actionable manner and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Knowledge of industry-standard performance metrics, media KPIs, measurement solutions and tools, and media analytics best practicesBasic understanding of client servicing and campaign management.Experience with third-party market research data to curate industry insights.Fluency in statistical concepts, with hands-on experience designing and executing test designs, like A/B tests or more advanced statistical analyses.Familiarity with media effectiveness measurement approaches (e.g., incrementality, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling).Nice To HaveExperience in programmatic advertisingStackAdapt\'s BenefitsHighly competitive salaryRetirement/ 401K/ Pension Savings globallyCompetitive Paid time off packages including birthday\'s offAccess to a comprehensive mental health care platformHealth benefits from day one of employmentWork from home reimbursementsOptional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office and hubs in London and TorontoRobust training and onboarding programCoverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, books etc)Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learningAn awesome parental leave programA friendly, welcoming, and supportive cultureOur social and team eventsStackAdapt is a diverse and inclusive team of collaborative, hardworking individuals trying to make a dent in the universe.
